Unless you are fortunate enough to be in the infinitesimally small percentage of actors who bounce from job to job to job without a single sleepless “when the hell is the next job coming” night, then there is one fact you have to look square in the face; At some point….. YOU WILL BE OUT OF WORK.

That may be true for…a couple of weeks, a few months, or even several years.

FACT: Despite her Oscar nomination in 1979 for The Rose (a film that won 2 Golden Globes) Bette Midler didn’t work for 4 straight years!
